General Booking Terms

You are making a booking directly with the hotel. Please carefully review all booking, payment, and cancellation policies before confirming your reservation.

Guests may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID and the original payment method used during the booking process at the time of check-in.

Check-In & Check-Out

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges. Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.

Guest Conduct & Property

Guests are requested to maintain decorum and avoid any activities that may disturb other guests or damage hotel property. Any damage caused to hotel property during the stay will be chargeable to the guest.

Cancellation Rules

• If cancellation is done 7 or more days prior to arrival, the full booking amount will be refunded.
• If cancellation is done between 5–7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
• If cancellation is done within 5 days of arrival, the full booking amount will be charged.
• In case of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.

Privacy Policy

We collect guest information solely for reservation processing, customer support, and service improvement. We do not sell or share personal information with unauthorized third parties.
